Goals There were many specific goals with this project, including:
- Build a site that’s search engine friendly
- Expand on the current functionality
- Add a catalog-based CMS application
- Build intuitive navigation
- Develop new market opportunities
- Strengthen the company’s brand image
- Reduce operating and communications costs
- Improve online efficiency
- Provide straightforward method to contact representative
Research Our discovery process included the WebArt Creative team visiting AWV’s corporate offices to take a plant tour and get a feel for the company’s culture.
Audience We needed to create a design that would appeal visually to architects, and also provide the specification information required by building engineers. Building owners were also a target.
Results The client and their customers have said the site is much easier to use and presents a professional look and feel. Engineers have found the website more informative and resourceful. |
