Goals / Strategy
When the team at our parent company, BusinessVoice, was ready to update their website, they wanted to stress the relevance of Point-Of-Entry Marketing, and the three points through which customers and prospects can “enter” a company: the telephone, a website, and the front door. So, along with including thorough content on the subject, we designed the primary navigation system to be a visual representation of the “three points” so visitors would be reminded of them on every page.

Audience
The site is targeted at those responsible for marketing at their organizations.

Results
Since the site went live, the feedback from visitors has been overwhelmingly positive. In addition to updating the written content, we’ve added many features to the site, from a blog and client profiles, to Marketing Minute Videos and the Humor On Hold page. In terms of information, the site is one of the most comprehensive among those in the On Hold Marketing industry.
