Goals 1) Increase the site’s value to visitors and encourage repeat visits by adding “Online Values" coupons. 2) Improve convenience by creating a “Dealer Locator” function. 3) Grow the company by using rich content to generate interest among prospective franchisees. 4) Redesign navigational structure to increase appeal to customers.
Marketing Strategy Our plan was to create one site that would appeal to Tuffy’s three target audiences: customers in need of automotive service, current franchisees, and prospective franchisees. We integrated the existing logo, colors, TV commercials, and a Tuffy credit card application to maintain consistency with Tuffy’s brand identity. We also incorporated additional interactivity and motion to suggest that Tuffy is a vital business “on the move.” |
