Brian joined the BusinessVoice team fresh from college. He graduated from the University of Toledo in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy Administration. He also minored in Professional Sales. Brian worked his way through school as a Pharmacy Technician and as a member of University Parking Enforcement. He’s still a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in his hometown of New Carlisle, Ohio. He’s an avid golfer and a big baseball fan, and it’s not unusual to find him workin’ on the business end of an ice cream cone. Brian serves many of our clients in the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio area.

What’s one of the things you do to keep clients happy?
I provide them with helpful information that they can use to grow their business.
What are some of the important goals of your initial client conversations?
It's easy to think of a website only in terms of its appearance, but I try to help clients focus on who they're targeting and the specific goals they want to achieve with the site.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Every day I’m doing something different, whether it’s traveling to meet with clients or talking with different people about their marketing goals. I love that our solutions are customized.
