Before joining the BusinessVoice staff as a Creative Consultant, Clara worked for a small-business marketing and advertising agency. While there she developed copy for a wide variety of products and services, as well as press releases and print campaigns.
Clara graduated summa cum laude in 2007 from The University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism. Since then she has been a freelance contributor to several newspapers. She is also an actress with a passion for theatre, and has participated in many area productions.

What role do you play at WebArt?
I’m a Creative Consultant for BusinessVoice / WebArt, which means I’m responsible for guiding our clients through the creation of their web content.
In general, what makes a good website?
Symbiosis of all elements on the site, including copy, design, colors, images, video, etc. And good organization – that’s very important to me!
How do you stay creative? What inspires you?
I work with so many clients from so many different industries so I never lose interest. And I’m constantly learning something. I take inspiration from everything in my life, not just what I see and hear between 9 and 5.
