Jerry founded the agency that would become BusinessVoice in 1989. Today, BusinessVoice is an award-winning, national account specialist and an acknowledged leader in the On Hold Marketing industry that provides services to more than 6,000 client locations throughout North America.
Jerry’s persistent focus on Point-Of-Entry Marketing as a necessary business tool helped to re-define not only client perceptions, but the industry itself. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the On Hold Messaging Association and is a past Chairman of the organization, as well as a past President and board member of the Toledo Chapter of the American Advertising Federation.
In addition to addressing multiple conferences, seminars and symposiums each year, Jerry conducts comprehensive training programs. His topics include marketing, telephone skills and etiquette, tactical and strategic selling skills, sales management, networking, customer service, communication skills, and business development.

What role do you play at WebArt?
I help clients define their Point-Of-Entry Marketing strategies and tactics, and design solutions to implement them.
What unique skill, trait, or perspective do you bring to WebArt’s projects or clients?
I’m very conceptual and creative, and I can help a client work “on” his/her business and not just “in” it.
What’s one of the things you do to keep clients happy?
I never sell a client. I prefer to help her grow her business by being consultative, uncovering problems and creating solutions.
What’s the best thing a client has ever said to you?
That I was a trusted advisor.
