Julie brings many years of account management experience to her role at BusinessVoice and WebArt, having worked as a Market Business Consultant and an Account Executive. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Business Administration from Lourdes College, graduating Summa Cum Laude, as well as an Associate degree in Business from Lourdes.
Julie also works as an on-camera actress, appearing in television commercials and industrial video productions. She worked for several years as a runway and print model too.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, visiting the area Metroparks, and attending Toledo Mud Hens games.

What's the most important skill you bring to a client relationship? The ability to listen well. You have to understand what a client's true needs are before you can help the client meet those needs.
What do you enjoy most about your work? When the client tells me how pleased he/she is with the program, and about the positive responses they have received from their clients and prospects.
What’s the best thing a client has ever said to you? I received this email from a client: “Hi Julie - Just sending you a note with my thanks for stewarding our account so well at BusinessVoice / WebArt. I can see the great need for a partnership with BusinessVoice and the good it can do for our ever-growing community.”
In general, what makes a good website? It's easy to navigate. It includes useful content with relevant updates, so that when visitors find the site, they find solid information upon which to make decisions.
