A native of Bellevue, Ohio, Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Bowling Green State University. He then spent six years with Cintas Corporation in several capacities, including Sales Representative, Production Supervisor, and Service Training Coordinator, winning many performance awards along the way.

Steve is a college football fanatic, and roots for both the BGSU Falcons and the Ohio State Buckeyes. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, especially with his wife and their two young daughters. By the way, he's the only member of our staff to have competed on "Who Wants to be a Millionaire." Watch a few highlights from the show here.

What role do you play at WebArt?
I help each client develop a plan for how their website can serve as an effective marketing tool.

When should a company consider a new website?
If they can’t easily update the information on their current site.

What’s one of the things you do to keep clients happy?
One of our clients had some unexpected staff turnover. The person who left was one of the people we had just trained to manage the company website. I arranged for some additional  training at no cost to the client to help them recover from this situation.

What do you enjoy most about your work?
The people at BusinessVoice / WebArt.
