"A quality online storefront is important because 62% of consumers use the Internet to research local merchants before visiting the brick-and-mortar store and making a purchase," said Brad Timofeev, WebArt's Director of Website Marketing.
The two main goals of the new website were to reflect the showroom in the design and set it up technically to increase search engine visibility and leads.
"We worked closely with the Reid's owners and their agency, B2C Enterprises, to identify what made them unique and successful in their physical store and leveraged those qualities online," Timofeev said. "Their stunning furniture is a huge differentiator, so we used quality photography to make it an extension of their physical showroom and help website visitors envision the pieces in their homes."
"We needed an updated user experience for our website," said Andrea Reid Waide, owner at Reid's Fine Furnishings. "We wanted our online storefront to better reflect our in-store atmosphere, and I truly believe we've accomplished that goal."
