“Marketing is my passion because it doesn’t sit still,” said Olivia. “Success is equally dependent on your ability to learn and understand, and your willingness to implement and adapt. I love asking questions and figuring out ways to turn something that works well into something that works great.”
A 2017 magna cum laude graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, Olivia earned her Bachelor’s in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. She's since earned various Google, Yelp and Facebook certifications.
“I’m adaptable and I enjoy learning new things, so I can step in where needed,” she said. “I’m creative and detail-oriented, too, which I find to be a good combination for agency work.”
Olivia especially enjoys working with B2C clients. “That's where social media and email marketing get fun. The audiences tend to be easier to relate to, and the social channels are where consumers can be reached and influenced.”
And her marketing inspiration? “I’d say Amy (@arb on Twitter), the former social media manager for Wendy’s. She changed the fast food Twitter game forever. I admire her creativity and true understanding of her client’s audience. I also admire Wendy’s for giving her the opportunity to take a chance and do something that nobody had really seen from a business like theirs before. Now, you see brands trying to do similar things all the time, but she was the trendsetter.”
